I'm Sick of How My Car Drives
Yes I don't think i'd attempt to press in the RCAs myself, i'll leave that to a shop and they can deal with any mistakes.
kelsodeez had the J's RCAs on his GD on here I read, so I figured they'd work fine for US GDs, AJR had them on their USDM GE. The Hardrace RCAs look to be the same thing basically, but would verify.

Also:
I'm looking to run Swift Springs all around, or at least in the rear. What do I need to buy to use a standard 2"-2.5" ID Spring and get height adjustability akin to a standard coilover?

Ground control will sell you a rear adj height spring setup that will fit the rear no poblem

Call/Email as it wont be on the site. I can check my springs.... but you want either 6 or 7 inch
The supplied spring size that the Ground Controls come with is 2.5 inch ID if memory serves me right. The springs that came with mine were 6 inches for the front and 7 inches for the rear.
You should be able to go plenty low in the rear of your Fit with the supplied (or other brand) 7 inch springs; however, in order to get slam the front you'd more than likely need a 5 inch spring or smaller.
In my case, 6 inch springs (in my case) only yielded approximately 1 full inch to 1.5 inches to lower the car from stock height in the front. As for there rear, I'm currently running a 7 inch spring and I'm darn near at the very top of my adjustment sleeves in attempt to "mimic" stock height (within .5 of an inch)... so PLENTY of room to lower in the rear.
