Rear suspension spring sag.

anyone experienced rear suspension spring sag due to normal wear & tear.
my Jazz runs on 16 inch rims with 205, 45 tires. they do not rub the rear fenders before when the car was quite new. but now that it is already 10 yrs old, the tires rub the fenders. i already changed my shocks from OEM to Kayaba Gas shocks but they still rub the fenders. I measured the ride height and confirmed that the springs sagged about 1.5 cm. Any suggestions in changing the springs? I'm having difficulty finding spring replacments here in the Philippines. Would it be alright if i bought second hand springs or would it be possible to swap springs with newer model Jazz ie. GD2 or GD3 or even GE.

it is normal for springs to settle even1.5 cm or nealy an inch, with time. spring metals are often not heat treated and slowly sag to a more prmanent length.'
but did you add weight to the car?
