BC Racing Coilovers - the result
So recently I purchased a set of BC Racing Coilovers (BC Racing - Not BuidgClub) for my UK Honda Jazz (2007).
They took about 6 hours to fit in the pouring British rain with just hand tools and WD-40.
The result is as follows:
Front:
The Coilovers still have an inch or so lower in which they could go.

Rear:
The rear can go much lower, I haven't actually changed it from how it came.

They were £640 and took about 3 weeks to arrive - but they were well worth the wait and most certainly feel well made and of really good quality. If anyone is wanting to get Coilovers and wants to try a lesser seen set on the scene. These are certainly the ones.

Its not too bad really, and we have some really bad roads on this side of the pond. The dampening is really easily adjusted, so I set them to the softest and changed the preload to be a tad softer and it rides nicely. Scrapes slightly around sharp bends when the car leans a bit, but nothing major.
I know what you mean! When I first fitted them I had the dampening set to the stiffest - it was like driving a shopping cart!

I was blown away by the ease of installation and adjustment of Buddy Club Coilovers.. I set them up at the stock height and went light on the damper adjustment.. I wouldn't have bought them if so many others hadn't spoke well of them and a vender offered them at a reduced group price...
BC makes a decent coilover. If you're looking to increase the ride handling abilities then go with some Swift springs and change your rates (stiffer). The car is sitting a bit low for what I can tell. Be careful on the height because to low is terrible on the Fit's geometry. If I had to guess I would say your control arms are at a negative angle.
Besides running whatever springs came with off the shelf coilover kits i've never ran anything but Swift springs. I know Hyperco springs are great too. When I was piecing my recent suspension together I went Swift because of the availability on spring rates and they are local for me.
Swift Springs
The Swift Springs were an improvement as far as ride quality but dropped my car too low for the rural roads and steep driveways here in East Texas.. I was knocking the front lip off just about every time I went to town with the stock suspension.. The Buddy Club coilover kit has made a huge difference in the way the car drives, corners and can be dialed in.

What dampening settings do you do for front and back on your BuddyClubs? It's been over a year since i have mine and I still keep messing with the settings to try to find a setting that much better than previous.... maybe it's ability to adjust so much so easily that I keep finicky with it... just wondering how you do it!
