Breaking problem?

I have noticed a few times while breaking that when I have my foot on the pedal but keep it held steady that the pedal sinks down futher on its own. (It kinda feels like the way a pedal sinks when you bleed breaks). But i am not applying anymore pressure to make it go down further, it just feels like it sinks down by itself. Any idea as to what this could be?!

That sounds like a master cylinder leak. How many miles are on the car? It would be covered under warranty though.

My car does this, but it only does it when the AC compressor kicks on.
Ive only noticed it at traffic lights while my foot is resting on the brakes to stop from rolling.

so i'm not the only one! but mine happens while i'm in more than just a roll, I mean obviously i'm applying pressure to stop but it could happen while im just slowing down as well if that makes any sense lol

I wanted to kindly point out that the correct spelling is "braking", not "breaking".
