Brake Pedal not firm..

I think i've a problem with my brake.
I've change the master this week(warranty power!!) I thinked it was the problem, but my pedal still not firm like i want, it start braking only at the middle of the travel of the pedal.. and i can push the pedal to the end of the pedal when i'm at a stop..

Here's my setup:

Hawk Hp+
Brembo plain
T1R brakeline
ATE Blue dot 4 racing
Brand new master cylinder (oem)

Someone have a idea?

Thanks a lot

sounds like it. you probably got air in the system. check your fluid level. if it's a low (or gone) you'll need to bleed the brakes again from the beginning. you might want to have your dealer do it since they did the 'repair.'

or your slave cylinder(s) was the rootcause...

Its weird, and counter intuitive, but anytime I've switched from Dot3 to Synthetic Dot4 my pedal has always gotten more mushy. Maybe you are experiencing the same thing?

I have no idea what you have done to the brakes but it sure is unsafe. Take it back to where you had the work done and get it fixed. If you did it then still take it to someone who knows brakes.

Somebody is going to be pizzed off if you run into the back of them besides the ticket you will get.
