alloy rims for LX fit

been considering aftermarket alloys for my steel rimmed LX , recently fitted a stock alloy i had laying around from my old '02 SI and noticed there is not
a whole lot of thread on the stock wheel studs for the extra width of an alloy rim, seems like it could be a tad longer . by now lots of fits have been fitted with after market
stuff . is this something i should be concerned about ?

You need whatever the width of the stud (12mm) of thread engagement for the lug nut. Remember the stock Honda wheel has a ball seat and aftermarket wheels have a 60 degree taper.

I not familiar with the 02 Si wheel. I have two sets of aftermarket wheels for my 17 LX and there's plenty of thread engagement.
