new shoes
I just bought a new Fit basic model and I would like to put her in bigger shoes. How big can I go without messing with the performance? and also i like to check in the rear spolier two, any info?
I have Bridgestone Potenzas on both my Prelude and Civic. The Civic rims are going on the Fit. They are only 3 years old and have had no issues...they are H-rated. They are pretty good in the rain too. Both tires are rated for 80,000km (50,000 miles) They have a higher price than most H-rated tires but are still alot cheaper than Goodyear and Michelin. That's my recommendation.
I will be using 17*7 rims with 205/40/17 tires. I would say if you're going with 16's...I recommend a 16*7 rim with a 205/45/16 tire. To verify my guess...try the following tire size calculator:

no hes right. if your going 16x7 205/45/16 is right.
from my opinion the khumo mx are really good. they stick pretty well. if your looking for drag radials, i have had some good traction with the hankook k106 when they are warmed up
for just all around i would also recommend the bfg sports. they arent to bad for the price.
