4 to 5 stud conversion...

hi all, was wondering if anyone has went from 4 to 5 stud conversion???easy, hard, were could i get this done???

i found this spacer that converts it from 4 to 5 stud but for another car... s13 4 to 5 stud conversion - Drifting forum - Driftworks
