help

i am thinking of painting my wheels,the ones i have for sale on my sig, but not sure which route to go.should i paint them all black,found here Translated version of http://page16.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/u16226120
or black center and polished lip or red anodized lip?

in addition, i want to paint my stock rims, what is the process to insure chip and fade protection?
