SSR Competition 16" 4x100 - Will they fit?

I'm looking to purchase some SSR Competition wheels for my fit. I'm lowered on Eibach Sportline springs with a 1.8" F/2.0" R drop. The offset is +44mm on the SSR's. Do you think they'll rub on a normal basis, besides hitting bumps, potholes, and turning hard?
Also, what size tires and specs should I purchase and not have them rub? Can I stick with the oem tire specs? Thanks in advance.

if 7.5" width you *might* run into minor rubbage, but 7 with 205/45's you should
be fine. im going by reading, not experience on the Fit yet. ive been
modding cars for probably longer than most of you were able to walk.
