you need TPMS sensors on the new wheels to have the light off.

REALLY?

You would know far better than I, makes me a little bit sad inside...
I thought I even heard before that the dealer can turn it off.

Could be the voices in my head though... they never seem to shut up, and
are seemingly filled with false info...

What would it take to keep the TPMS working with new wheels? I'm looking at buying wheels, and would like to keep the TPMS.

See if you can fit TPMS sensors to your new wheels:

beautiful....just beautiful....

I like the simple things.....

claymore- I didnt reallize till recently that moderators can merge things (makes sense though) I see alot of things that could be merged, maybe that would help searching...as things would be consolidated.

Although what do I know...I am still trying to figure out all this stuff...

I find this hard to believe. Did you have some shop mount the tires on your Konigs wheels for you? Is it possible the shop switched out the sensors from the stock wheels and put them in your Konigs?

Also how long of a drive do you have to and from work? If most of your trips are short then maybe you’re just not in the car long enough for the light to come on.

When I put my snows on it took about 20 min before the light came on and now it on all the time. Someone that has a strong electrical background needs to come up with a fix for this.

It took a couple weeks for my light to come on after I mounted winter wheels with no sensors.
