GolNat, those rims look amazing. So perfectly subtle with just enough style & stock performance on the GE. It’s like the M-Parallels for e39 BMW’s, except that I can’t seem to figure out how to find any of those rims anywhere. Great job!

Thank you kindly! The M-Parallels are one of my favorite BMW wheels. BMW in general does well with wheels I think. The only downside is that my wheels are heavy, much heavier then the sport wheels. I had them on my 01 Civic and kept them for the Fit because I thought they would look great on it.

I just got my new Japan Racing JR3's in bronze fitted. Suspension is currently stock (as you can tell as it looks like an SUV), might go for the Eibach 30mm lowering springs next.
Wheels are 15x7 with 195/55 R15 Continental Premium Contact 5 on them. Not had any rubbing so far but not had a carfull yet

New wheels and Tires...
I saved about 11.2 lbs. per wheel/tire or 45 lbs total or about 30% less rotational weight.
I rattle canned the center caps from fauz brushed silver metal to flat black as well.
The tires are very quiet.
Tire noise used to be the primary noise inside the cabin at speed, but now the wind noise is the loudest because the tire growl has been reduced significantly.
It seems as though the car get rolling easier and high speed cornering is more stable. My city mileage has increased as well.
Over all, I could not be more pleased, but now I think I need to paint my calipers.
- Konig Helium (15x6.5) = 11.4 lbs.
- Continental TrueContact Tour 195/60r16 = 18.0 lbs
- AeroSpeed Orange anodized Racing Lug Nuts with Black Caps
