OK, I think I've settled on a wheel and tire combo for my 08 Fit Sport. Tell me what you guys think of this combination. I'm looking at a set of these

These are the 16X7 5Zigen Pro Racer GN+ in bronze color and a +42 offset with 205-45-16 tires. Will these rub on a non-lowered Fit? How do you guy's think this setup will effect the ride?

I am runnig the same size. You may need to trim a little off the plastic clip in the rear fenderwell. Fast and easy to do with no negative affects of doing this. Search this section for pics. I made a thread about it a few months ago.
i think they look great! and i've not seen anyone else with these (i was considering them as well, go figure) so thats a plus.
if its just you and maybe a friend in the car, at stock height you shouldn't rub. what color is your fit btw?
at any rate, a good choice in rims, i like.

funky. I like the bronze-ness, but the GN+ font/color turns me off. To each his/her own though. I'm getting the same size wheels and tires as well, it shouldn't rub. But if we get our cars lowered at all, will that be a problem? I jus wanna be low and have 16s and not have issues even with 3 other people in the car! Guess my dreams won't come true eh?
Thanks, I don't think I've seen another Fit with these wheels myself. Thats part of the attraction of the wheels for me, I guess I like being different.
I just talked to Jim at Tire Rack and he said there shouldn't be any problem with running this setup on a stock suspensioned Fit.
Oh my Fit is SSM.

I'm sure someone in America has a Fit with those rims, and also the Konig Zero's I'm waiting for. They just might not be on this forum or in your area :P Bronze on silver is cool, don't see that too often. Actually I might never have seen that combo. Yes you are different lol

I used to rock those in 17 x 9.5" on my previous car. IMO they're heavy for what they are. Even in 16 x 7" they're still on the heavy side. IIRC, they're almost the same weight as the stock alloys.
If you like them , rock 'em. You can always trade up later on.
You'd be pretty hard pressed to rub with any reasonable setup on a stock suspension, unless you drive it "that" hard...
