There is a very minor bend or curve in the lip of some wheels I am buying. I didn't think it looks like a big deal but I would like to see what you all have to say about it. Should I be concerned about the structural integrity of the wheel? Is this kind of thing fixable? I would like them to be in perfect shape if possible.

it should be fixable but i would find an apporx estimate before buying and get the price dropped by the repair cost plus about 20% for the hassle to you

Its not straight so are you saying its somewhere in between bent and straight?

That is bent, and i'm with kenchan... i wouldnt buy a bent wheel. It is fixable though by the looks of it from the one picture you put up.

I've already had him drop $50 off the asking price for it.

Sure thats what I'm saying. Its a very very minor curve on the lip. We've all seen rims that are truely bent much worse then this and are fixable.

Looks repairable to me, but it will probably cost you more than $50 for the repair. That being said, you can definitely use the wheel in it's current state. A bend that small will not affect the tire seating properly.

EDIT; Jinx... guess I owe you a Coke Fit_to_be_tied.
