Dent at the wheel well

Although I got good advice from a Dent Wizard repair guy -- have a protective strip added to the wheel wells because their dent removal system doesn't work there -- I put it off and now I regret it. I have a couple of ripples in the metal over the front left wheel from road debris, plus an ugly scratch in the paint. (Already got the front bumper badly scratched up from another piece of road debris. I reported the slob who let garbage fall out the back of his pickup truck, but that's another story. ) Any idea what it would cost to get those ripples out of the wheel well? I dread going for estimates and I don't know who to trust.

since you failed the first time on your own, maybe give your neighborhood name, and maybe people can point on where to get estimates that you could see about trusting...
