Finally new rims

Finally washed my Fit after installing my new Konig Foils. The tires are BF Goodrich G-Force Super Sports 205/45/16. Haven't noticed any rubbing yet. The rims are 16x7 with a 40mm offset on stock suspension. Sorry about the only ok pics, I was in my garage when I took them.

Nice wheels.
Try hauling a few people at the back to check for rubbing. They definitely won't rub without any load at the rear.

Don't worry everyone! The DROP IS COMING! Eventually. Any suggestions on preventing the rub. Would some 5mm spacers do the trick?

looks good....

5mm spacer will make them a +35 (they'd stick out farther)

spacers would make you rub more. you can roll your fenders to reduce the rubbing; some camber on the front wheels will help as well.

btw, the wheels look very sexy indeed

You guys are right about the spacers. I keep forgetting "what does what" to offset. I'm glad everyone likes the wheels. I'm glad I went this route instead of some Spoon replicas like I origianally planned. I love the look of both but I've never been huge on black rims. One day I like them, the next I don't. Weird.

Not to bring a thread back from the dead... Oh well I guess so...

I am looking at these same rims. And lowering, Tein or Eibach.

I have never lowered a vehicle. What are the odds with these rims and lowering I am going to have rubbing and what can be done about it?

I'm the same way---wish I could afford many rims--that would solve my problem!
