5mm all around should clear, some have ran 8mm with enough stud left. I havent ran this myself so Im not sure?
5mm will be fine. Id suggest 5 up from and 8 out back possibly?

I run HX's , I have a 5mm spacer up front and use tuner lugs( it FEELS like they have more bite on the studs) dont be afraid about the amount of stud sticking out Ive rrode mine for about 30000 mi w/ no probs this is an old pic, the car is lowered 1.5" F&R now
