Exclamation Stock Dunlops Tire Life

ok so heres my problem, how long does the stock dunlop sp31as tires last? i have about 34k on the tires now and have no idea if i need to change them out, ive been getting crappy milage and drive aggressive all the time. should i get a set of new tires? i drive almost every day and i put on atleast 150 miles on the tires every other week when i make up the trip to my fiances house. ive been noticing its getting rougher and worst handling ever. i just thought the tires had atleast a 50k warrenty on them just bec they are good tires. it also felt like there was a flat spot in one of my tires or something because when i drive really slow it feels like the car dips when it gets to a certain part of the tire. i got the car in 07 so the tires are already 3 years old. someone please help!!!!!!!

Just because tread hasn't worn to the wear bars doesn't mean that tires shouldn't be replaced. If you don't like the Dunlops, change them.

I changed mine a couple of months ago. Lasted 31-32k miles. I went with same size Kumho Ectsa ASX. Really like them a lot better. I've been a long time Dunlop fan, a new set of shoes always feels better.

I've been known to drive aggressively at times. Ohio has its share of stupid drivers too.

judging from your pics, it's about time to change your tires. do you see that wear bar near the bottom of your pics? it's in the circumferential groove in the tire tread. that wear bar indicates that you're getting near the end of the tread's intended life. you can look up "wear bar" online if you aren't that familiar with tires yet. but basically, it's almost exposed, and it's intended to be used as an indicator of when your tread has worn down to the point that you need to get new tires.
