Rims i found on ebay

Rims i found on ebay
i just want to know is it safe to buy from ebay...i have heard of nippon racing and these rims i found are pretty cheap...i am being cheap with rims now then save the money for better later on...any info helps
the first one is nippon F-2 racing and the other is TYPE-C...i am going to wait for my friend cause he nows the people at EDGE RACING...will see, but i want mt FIT with rims
they also had ROTAS on there

i just got those rims last month in may. i got the Nippon racing wheels Type C 15x6.5 black. i got em from ebay sparktecmotorsports and the wheels are pretty light they weigh about 11 lbs but i have not put them on yet cos i am waiting for my tanabe springs, but yeah buddy these rims are light and they are cheap
