4x100 et40 16x7
or
4x114 et40 16x7

which is the right one for the gd jazz/fit dont want wheels to stick out etc.

also will tein springs lower it enough for a decent ride hight.with out catching

and last one what tyre size would u recommend

That's just the bolt pattern.
You need 4x100

Offset is 40 so you should be ok with a 205/45/16 tire. Or something close to that.

Using an offset of 45mm would provide less chance of rubbing, especially with lowering springs. you could use 205/45/16 tires with that offset. You may be able to avoid rubbing using a narrower/lower overall diameter tire than the one I mentioned if you must stick with the 40mm offset wheels.

ok thanks think im better of with the buddy club wheel running a 42 offset
