Spacer question

I was thinking of getting 6mm spacers for my rear only.

Can the spacer work alone with 16x7 +40 205, or will i need an adaptor or extra threaded lugs?

Will it rub?

If it does what will it rub, fender?

6mm spacer is the smallest I would recommend without buying extended studs. Your new wheel sizing would be 16x7 +34 because of the 6mm addition.
