Four tires need to be purchased at a G.M. parts department and installed by their service center to get the rebate . The mount and balance is free where we bought the 422s' . We did the same last year in MAY for the '11 base model FIT with the automatic . The Bridgestone EP 422s' were about same price after the rebate . They are wearing slowly and the gas mileage was 39+ from MAY until 1st half of October ( http://www.fuelly.com/driver/cinder/fit ) . The gas mileage increased by 2 m.p.g. over the O.E.M. Dunlop SP 32s' . Have kept F.E. records since purchased in April (?) of '11 . The G.M. dealer matched the tire price of another tire dealer . Has to be within a 50 mile radius . Not sure if the regulations apply to all G.M. dealers .
