Lowered on Tein S-Tech Springs.

Looking at ESM 007 16x8, wanted to know if they will fit without rolling fenders.
ESM 007 Wheel - 16x8" - Bean Garage

I know the 16's will fit just not sure about how wide they are.

Also, if you do end up answering my question. I would love recommendations on tire sizes......

Yes they will fit and YES you will rub. 16x8 +20 is pretty aggressive for the Fit.

You will need camber bolts up front if you don't have them already, the rear fenders will need to be rolled and pulled.

Tire of choice would be 195/45/16 it's a slight stretch, but nothing crazy.

I'd also suggest coilovers to really pull it off if you're committed to the lifestyle.

If you're not about that life, I'd suggest anything that's +35 offset or higher.
