Tire for my 2009 base that will last at least 50k miles

Hi all

I am shopping for tires again. I have been unable to get decent lifetime out of tires even though I rotate them, keep them inflated, and don't drive super aggresively (I get 5700 miles out of my brake pads)

The stock Dunlaps lasted 33000 (I really pushed it)

I replaced them with General Altimax HP Now at 79000 miles they need to be replaced. They wore evenly.

What can I try now? Ilive in Chicago and need an all seasons.

If you live in Chicago you need snow tires.

57,000 miles is not an impressive number from brake pads, I sold my first Fit with 80k miles on stock pads with over 1/2 life left.

Got 42k miles out of my OE Dunlops, replaced them early because I don't push tires to the point of being unsaf .

Buy quality tires, replace them before they get unsafe.

How long should the dunlops last? After Costco winter swap I see the summer tires are quite worn in the back. Not dangerous but low enough I would not want them on front. If I have to replace tires after this summer, that's only 20k miles or less! (Becausewe don't ru them in winter now).

What summer tires? I'd be shocked if Dunlop ZII lasted 20k miles, but a DZ102 should last 30-35k without issue.
