His last activity was in 08-04-2010, even on his facebook page he hasn't posted since July it seems. Maybe something happened to him? I hope he's OK. I had to purchase my Clazzios from somewhere else.

 

Its poor business if you ask me.... This guy is always ALLEGEDLY travelling.... How can you operate a business if your customer service sucks

 

If he's indifferently ignoring everyone or being slack, purposely, then yes, VERY bad business... and the customer service sucks. In today's economic environment however, I would say it extremely weird for someone to purposely ignore business.

There are other possibilities maybe some should consider...

... maybe the guy is having a really difficult time in his personal life right now (such as health issues, a family tragedy, some type of trauma). I don't know... I personally would rather wait to hear from the guy before committing to any negative conclusion.

Like I said, if he's only slacking then yes, BAD business, and a good way to lose a huge opportunity for future income. I would just be a bit more cautious before passing any type of absolute judgment on the guy. Seems to me he's come through with quite a few orders for, not only this forum's members, but to others as well.

I agree he needs to [at least] try and answer... considering people are waiting for replies.

I would like to get some Clazzios from him as well. Seems he's the only one who offers more than red stitching. If there are others on the web who offer the same, I haven't found them.

I'll wait a little longer.

I found a Contact Us link on the Reset Motorsports, LLC web site using the link the the previous post and sent a message to them asking how to order all black, all PVC seat covers. I also mentioned this thread and how people were wondering if he was still in business. If he is, maybe he'll post a reply here soon.

 

Well I ordered mine from Bean Garage since I didn't want to wait till RMS-Jeff responded. Just that since I ordered mine custom, it will take 8-10 weeks to make. Check what they have in stock.

 

Is this still going or should I look elsewhere?
