Im glad it doesnt use stock mounting, anyone could steal it soooooo easily and i'd be pissed if i came out my apt and some crack head had stolen my spoiler to sell and make money on or even better try to make it fit his escort (oh its been done before i'm sure)
i'm still on the fence about getting one and drilling is no problem at all for me (did it on my gd) and when i sold my gd new buyer knew nothing and you couldnt tell after i put a small sticker over the under side of the hatch (top side was covered by the org. Spoiler)

 

Can I request some daylight, eye level shots? The angles look great and all but it doesn't do it justice for me to determine what's really good with it ! 

 

would a template be provided to show where to drill and etc. when we purchase the wing?

 

yea, there's these plastic things you stick in the pre-drilled holes in the wing, then just set the wing where you want with double sided tape, and the plastic thing will stick to exactly where you need to drill on the hatch. simple as cheese.

alright guys, here are some comparison photos.
Beyond this, i can't really show you how it looks. it needs to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. Charlie and Matt has posted their thoughts of the spoiler a few posts up, if anyone missed that.
It's longer than stock, and it's difficult to show in photos, but the spoiler points more upward than this side profile shot shows. The underside swoops up and gives a nice flat billed look from behind which i love. Because of my rear wiper mod, i couldn't bring my wiper up without hitting the stock spoiler, but with this spoiler that problem is gone. also, now when you open the hatch, the wing pushes the rubber antenna back a bit, nothing crazy and doesn't scratch.

Sorry it comes unpainted, i believe it comes white. If you got the FG, you'd have to get it painted elsewhere.

Sorry no pics, it's identical to the CF one...unless you're dying to color match with your car, the CF is freaking sweet.
