Spring install DIY thread?

Hi guys I spent the last hour looking for a spring install DIY. Does one not exist I have a 2016 Honda Fit and just looking to add my new lowering springs. I love this car but this is the hardest vehicle to repair or maintenance because there's no chiltons or Haynes repair manual, I have not found a shop manual and I cannot find a DIY for certain things any suggestions please help thanks

I haven't done it personally on a Fit, but the suspension isn't much different from a Civic. If you are somewhat handy and HAVE SPRING COMPRESSORS, it's a pretty easy job.

The rear should be the easiest. Front needs the spring compressor.
