To paint or wrap??

I’m fixing my recently bought gas saver and so far I’ve collected a few exterior parts. My plan is to “restore” the front end first then work my way to the rear end last. At the moment I just thought about if I should send all the new parts to get painted, work on the hatch that had a fairly sized dent and buff out the rest or should I do the bodywork myself ( I have decent experience) and just wrap the car it’s original color (black)

any thoughts? I’ve looked at some vinyl wrap peeps in my area and it’s $1500 which I think it’s a joke tbh but idk what do you guys think? Professionally paint the parts or wrap the whole car with body work being done.

$1,500 to wrap the entire car? That's a steal of a price, granted they don't damage your car or do a poor job with the wrap. Most professional wraps I see are north of $5,000.

You looking at $3,000+ for a full color change vinyl wrap (for smaller cars) here in Seattle, WA area.

Remember you get what you pay for.

I paid $1500 to have my Pt Cruiser painted about a year ago at Maaco. While I did get what I paid for (couple goofs, not the best job overall) but it still holds up pretty well. Plus it came with a 4 year warranty.
