anti-hydro lock

i ran across it on the net once but cant remember what the part is called. i believe its some sort of styrofoam piece that you can put between where the intake connects to the motor...its supposed to absorb the water and let it drain out before actually being sucked into the motor...any idea what theyre called or if they even exist? i think i found it on ebay so not sure if theyre real or not.

bypass valve. AEM sells them.
