Since I first installed my Scangauge II, I noticed that it reads my voltage as low as 12.3 volts while the engine is running. Has anyone else noticed this?

I think this week I will try to hookup a voltmeter while driving to get a "2nd" opinion; As the scangauge also does not always power down after shutting off the car.
