i hear the ocean in my dash board...

everytime i start my car i always hear this liquidy, watery noise in the dash... can some one explain what that noise is? it eventually stops after a while... but i just wanna know if its a problem that id have to fix? THANKS!!!

this has been covdered many many many many many many many many many many times.

its the gas being sucked to the motor

remember your sitting over you gas tank. next time you get in to your car before you start it shut the door and sway left and right and you should hear the same sound

could also be coolant moving from the motor to the heater core. I here this sound on my EK hatch on occasion

I had the same thing. When you installed your intake did you lose a lot of coolant? That happened to me and i couldnt figure it out until i checked my coolant level. That was my problem otherwise its the fuel tank. Hope that helps.

i lost coolant when isntalling an intake and heard this noise. i thought it was an air pocket in the heater core...ended up just being low on coolant. fill up your cooalnt reserve and you should be fine.
