What is the Recommended Maintenance schedule for the Fit?

I recently recieved an email from the dealer regarding a 7500mile checkup but I'm not sure if it's necessary (I've already had the oil changed).

 

Get out the little book that came with your Fit. Look up "Maintenance Minder" in this book's index. It is all explained in there.
