Question '09 fit blower motor problem??

hey Guys i have an '09 fit sport and just a cpl weeks ago the blower motor for my A/C - Heat is not working properly.
there are 4 settings: OFF 1 2 3 4
the only setting that is working is 4, all the other 3 don't do anything.
has anybody ran in to tis problem before?
i want to take a wild guess and say that the blower motor is bad BUT im not really sure.
any input or advice will be very helpfull.
car is complelty stock except for the satelite radio.
thanks is advance guys, looking forward to hear some suggestions.
