Like the title states this is not a bash thread or me talking crap.

Has anyone had any issues ordering items from username twpanson or the twp tech co ltd. he's associated with?
I've been trying to purchase acouple items from him, I've made the payment but everytime I ask for a tracking number for the package I get my payment refunded by him. First time the item was sent to another person on accident and now the second time I just got a refund with no explanation.

Anyone have any insight on this matter because it's kindve bizarre.

Once again I'm not bashing his business practice because I've always got my money back.

 

I was one of his earliest customers (years ago on these forums), and every purchase went without a hitch. But if I were in your place, I would be asking the same question. When you make an on-line purchase, you want the merchandise, not a refund or an excuse. Maybe patience will get you a satisfactory explanation, but my patience would be wearing thin, also, if the same thing keeps happening. Good luck!

 

No communication and no merchandise 2 out of 2 times you've sent him money? The only other thing that could have gone wrong is if he didn't refund your payment at all.

Unless he initiates communication and gives you an excellent explanation, I'd definitely stop sending him money.

 

I agree with both of you. I really want the merchandise I've been trying to order but the constant refunds is kindve pissing me off. I wish he would post or pm me explaining what's going on because I made sure he had the item before I sent the second payment.

 

In all my dealings with panson, I havent had any problems. He's in Houston but I've only ever done shipped stuff for him. ETC and some carbon fiber bits I tested for him.

Have you emailed him outside of the deal to see if he had the product?

I've tried calling the business number but no one ever answers, I've pm'd him, I've emailed the business with no response. If he doesn't have the item, sold it or doesn't want to sell to me I would just like to know that's all.

 

Still nada, I'm going to chalk it up as a learning experience.

 

I bought $300 tail lights from him, and while they took some time to ship from korea, he was good to his word. I recall him being a little slow in getting back to me.
