Talking 2007 tire replacement????

Is there a problem anyone knows of if I go from 14" rims/tires and go to 15" and 16" rims/tires for a 2007 Honda Fit ( not a Sport).

^^ Ditto as long as you use tire sizes on wheels that are within spec.

195/55R15 tires on a 15x6, 15x6.5, or 15x7 wheels.

205/45R16 tires on a 16x6.5 or 16x7 wheels.

You should try and find the lightest wheel in the size you desire with no more offset than 41mm if you will be mounting tires no larger than 195-50-16 or 195-55-15... I am being conservative really because there are guys that mount larger tires on wide wheels with lower offset numbers but they sometimes have to do a number of modification to avoid scraping on the body parts surrounding the wheel/tire combo .... The lower the offset number on the wheel the closer it will come to making contact with the inside of the fender well...

I have a 2007 Honda Fit Base, my original tire size is 175/65R14, My buddy just bought a new set of rims and tires for his Honda Civic and has his stock ones lying around collecting dust. I was wondering if his stock rims and tires at 195/65R15 would fit on my 2007 Fit?

Nope, tire's are too tall. You'll need 195/55R15s, 195/50R15s, 205/50R15s, or 185/55R15s to run a 15 inch wheel on your Fit.
