AFE intake question

AFE intake question
Hey guys. First post.
Have an AFE intake on the fit my lady just bought. No carb sticker and the guy said it won't pass smog in ca with that intake so he gave me the stock box, well turns out the stock box was for an 09. I have an 07 here. No CARB sticker on the AFE so I figure it won't pass. Anyone know what the deal is? Can I get a sticker? Online it says the intake I have should be carb legal. I don't know though. Any answers for me? Thanks guys.

Talked to AFE yesterday but their CARB dept. was closed when I called. Guy I talked to was super helpful and he said the part for the 07 is actually discontinued? So I don't know if the 07 can get a carb sticker. I bought a a stocker box off eBay for $140. Anyone wanna buy an AFE setup? Or an 09 box? Haha
