Fit driver dies in head-on crash

This lady was victimized by a man passing in a no-passing zone. I'd like to know if she wore a seat belt and if the air bag deployed. But the article doesn't say.

Very sad. If he was going fast enough not sure a seatbelt or airbag would have helped much but I am curious also.

RIP Fit driver. Such a senseless loss. I'd guess that young guy was moving. He was fleeing the scene of another crash so I'd guess there was some speed involved. Hope they throw the book at him, he needs prison time. The Chrysler Crossfire is a Mercedes with Chrysler badges, I'd thing it's a pretty stout car.

It was a 2013 Fit and crash protection in a Fit has improved considerably since then.
