Fit Type R?

https://www.carwale.com/m/news/newge...-global-debut/

Just came across this article with a leaked image of a Type R variant.

The Jazz Type R will produce 220bhp from its 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine.

Technically feasible, but there isn't enough headroom in the US lineup to slot this in. You'll be facing off against the civic turbo hatch once you tack $2500 on top of the current Fit Sport hfp price. And that's a much safer car with more confident suspension setup.

This makes more sense in markets where most cars are small and they're more expensive overall.
