2nd Gen and 3rd gen are the best. I currently have a 16 EX, and I once owned the very uncomfortable 2008 Sport. But that "2020" that was supposedly coming, damn ugly... I'm glad they kept the GK another year.

Looks like it ... this could actually be good, maybe they’re on the fence, maybe they can’t run production up fast enough, maybe the new car costs more to make, maybe it won’t pass crash tests in the us, but this is better either way than a straight up cancel. Also now you know why they aren’t willing to say anything when the car was launched in japan.

Since the Tokyo Motor Show concluded, there's been a ton of videos on YouTube showing the exterior and interior of the different trim levels of the 4th Gen Fit/Jazz.

Very few of them are in English, mind you, but from a purely objective point of view, I don't need to understand the audio to decide if I like the look of the outside/inside of it. I found this particular one that does a (in my opinion) really nice job focusing on the interior of the "Home" trim level (what I would imagine to be the equivalent of the LX, but that's just my opinion). The more I look at it, the more I like it (as a current 3rd Gen owner). Enjoy
!

And this one, which shows a little more of the exterior in natural lighting conditions (and a decent chunk of interior stuff).

But like I said, there's a ton of them online now (if you feel like going down THAT rabbit hole), showing off all the trim levels. But if I ever buy the 4th Gen (if and when it eventually comes here), it would most likely be the "Home" one.

From watching those videos, it's confirmed some things for me. I absolutely love the two-spoke steering wheel, I love the seats (especially those "strips" design that gives it an interesting textured look), I love the flower petal wheels, love the sharkface headlights, profile doesn't look like a shoe like the GK

Things I don't like: front grille still too weird. don't like the way the tail lights mesh with the rear windows on side view. All my nitpicks are exterior looks-wise. The interior is flawless. I mean seriously, the return of top AND bottom glove boxes, cupholder for passenger?! whoa!

I do like the interior a lot, I like they added back the passenger cupholder, and the double glove box. Definitely the highlight is the interior. AND they definitely made the right decision with the A pillar, because my GK has the fattest ass pillar of any car, and I thought my 2005 Grand Cherokee was terrible...

As for the exterior... I DO NOT like the front end at all, grill is weird, it almost looks like the one on my 2008 CRV, I bet that's where the design is from. Those wheels are SERIOUSLY feminine, I would take those off within the first few hours of owning it. Those white ones in the pic above are what I'd get... Not a fan of the Jeep Cherokee looking tail lights... And the ass end looks like the GD bar of soap. I had an 08', and I always thought it looked like a bar of Irish Spring. I'd get the Luxe if I were to get one.

We had a Gen1 (2007) and now a Gen3 (2015), both of which I loved. Now, I like the new one for the most part. If they build one for the US they might tone down that front end to make it more like their other US models. I really hope Honda brings the new model to the US, I want one. Love the interior!
