Better off trading it in /selling it and getting a 2018+ that has it included.

Easier and much less time consuming to just trade in for a Fit with Honda Sensing.
Unless you want to buy the radar sensor, camera sensor, instrument panel, steering wheel controls, wiring harness(es), turn signal stalk, side mirror camera, compatible head unit...
