Newbie to custom! What should I do first? 2007 Base

I have a 2007 stock stick with 160K. I absolutely love how it drives. but its been on MANY road trips. Seriously, its the BEST camping vehicle because of the seat configuration. genius interior space. Anyway I want to put some into it and really make it lux.
It is so fricking responsive and tight.

From a driving standpoint. I need to replace a front strut, but that's it.

What should I start with? Seats? suspension? exhaust? I want it to perform the best it can, and make the ride more loose/cushioned over bumps if possible.

Thanks and praises for you expertise! Oh and it's red. so almost all the panels are fading as is the case with cherry red - why do they make that color?! What color should I repaint for longevity and dirt and cost? xox

I can't say how the 2007 compares, but on the 2015, braking even remotely aggressively was impossible, the car simply wouldn't stop due to brake fade. My first adjustment was EBC Greenstuff and slotted rotors - much better safety and more fun to drive on the track.
