Has the AC and paint improved from Gen 2- Gen 3?

Has the AC and paint improved from Gen 2- Gen 3?
I used to own a 2010 Honda fit and now I am looking at purchasing a 2015 but I am curious if the AC has improved from Gen 2 to Gen 3?
I also found the paint quality to be quite poor on the Gen 2. Has it improved with the Gen 3??
