Exclamation HELP! Took 2008 Fit Sport in for regular maintenance; scraping noise ever since!

My relative took our 2008 Honda Fit Sport in for its regular maintenance. They've always gone for maintenance when due, and upon last visit on Saturday was told by the service advisor that the car was still in "100% great shape" and they even commented on how brand new it still seemed despite it being 15 years old, and said they'd likely have the car for a long time still. My relative is THAT meticulous about the upkeep...

But as we were leaving the dealership, I commented on how rough/noisy the car seemed. My relative didn't seem to notice a difference, but I did right away. We had another urgent appointment to get to, and sort of shrugged it off. However, as we were driving, it started to make a faint scraping-like noise when accelerating (after being at a complete stop.) It does this constantly but only after stopping, and sometimes when driving in general. It was 100% fine before maintenance and didn't make noise at all.

I did some research online and the sound sounds almost exactly like
and
and
, just way more faint.

The Maintenance Minder they had done was B15. The Inspection Report that Honday gave was all in green, except "Engine Air Filter/Cabin HEPA Filter" which was in red and said "bad." However, at no time during the maintenance did they come to us and said it needed doing. Despite what it said on the Inspection Report, the service advisor said it "wasn't necessary yet or an emergency." Although, had they come to us when we were there while they were doing the maintenance, we would have gotten it done, so we're a little perplexed as to why they didn't.

I guess my question is what could this scraping sound be? Could they have nixed/bent something during the maintenance they were doing? And, since the issue wasn't there when we took it in and was immediately there following the maintenance, will Honda take responsibility and fix whatever it is?

Also, after our maintenance BEFORE this most recent one, the brakes have been squeaking. We've taken it to Honda twice and they can replicate the brake noise but when they inspect the brakes they said they look fine (they said front brakes are 70% and back are 20%.)

Thanks!

The second video covers the most likely possibilities: brakes, wheel bearings, suspension components. If you're not a DIY person, you're pretty much forced to take it back. If it hasn't been too long maybe they'll inspect for free. If you're a long-time/frequent customer and the issue is small maybe they'll fix for free.

The previous scraping noise and current grrrr noise could both be made by a dragging brake, potentially caused by a sticking brake caliper piston. It happened in my 2010 Fit and caused the outer pad to wear away much faster than the inner pad.

If you want the engine and cabin air filters changed, it is not difficult and you'll save a significant amount of money by doing it yourself. For the engine air filter there are a couple clips to pop off. For the cabin air filter you pop out the glove box retainers and pull out a plastic tray that holds the filter. You can find Youtube videos showing both jobs. It takes longer to go online and order the filters than it does to change them.

Might be a small rock between the disc brake and dust shield...

They checked everything thoroughly and still can't figure out what it is. They originally thought it was the heat shield and adjusted it, but it's still making noise - although not as loud as prior to the adjustments. I took it back today and they double checked this and they still can't figure out why it's making the noise. It's worse when going accelerating uphill.

I wonder if something was damaged when they rotated my tires? I don't really hear the noise if my windows are up. Only when down, and it sounds like it's coming from behind the front passenger tire for sure.
