Honda Fit as a chase vehicle
There's a guy in this area (Minneapolis/Saint Paul) who's become famous for his 2nd gen Honda Fit. He kind of has a hobby of following specific vehicles in an urban area.
Full article can be found on the RacketMN Web site; search for Honda Fit.
One of the few positives to come from the last few weeks for Stancil, if there are any, has been the opportunity to propagandize for the Honda Fit. Stancil has lauded the small, zippy car he uses to keep tabs on the [visitors] as “unironically the best car ever made,” and credits it with a lot of his success in following [them]. He says the Fit drives like a go-kart, can park anywhere in the city, and can turn on a dime, making it the [perfect] vehicle. “They try to lose me, and they literally cannot do it,” he grins.
A long, long time ago, I went with my younger brother to test drive some vehicles. One was the new 2007 Honda Fit.
The dealership guy was very exited about the car and enthusiastically told us about how nimble and fun it was. During the test drive we ended up in a cul-de-sac and as my brother slowed down to respectfully make the 180 degree turn the dealership guy started chuckling and said (paraphrasing) "don't slow down, just send it!" which my brother did.
We all had a good laugh at the handling of that Fit. My brother didn't get one that day (he didn't have money for a new car) but did end up with a 2010 Fit bought used in 2012, which I bought from him in 2020 and still have.

We have a "FitFreak Community Team"? This is new to me.
