Has anyone heard if Siphon was a one time only thing or will they be publishing them on a semi-regular basis. I saw on mine that the display till date (2-20-2007) has passed.

 

yea i saw that too and was wondering the same thing, it is a pretty helpful magazine, especially for parts companies

 

can anyone tell me where I can find it(siphon) in the san francisco bay area?

 

it is a seasonal publication. So I'm guessing 4 a year. hopefully we will see a new one soon.

 

I guess right now they don't really have a lot of information to do a monthly magazine.....

 

Maybe someone who has the magazine can post the backorder ordering phone number info so you can order it.

OK here is the deal with siphon magazine. it was orginally a one off magazine but word is its a quarterly magazine and there will be 3 more issues this year. the bad news is the first issue was yanked from shelves after feb 20th. the good news is i can tell you how to get it still, but its gonna cost you about 9$ and about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks wait.

this site is the back issue store for all primedia published magazines. although it may seem a bit shady, it is the actual storefront. order yourself a copy and wait. don't bother contacting customer service email though. they don't seem to reply, ever. it will take a while to get, but i ordered mine on the 1st of march and got it about 3 days ago.

i will mention one thing though. while is is a great magazine, unless you are in the market for a yaris, xA or Xb you won't find anything in the magazine that hasn't been talked about here. most of companies are already vendors on this site or have people on the site that comment and give info on new parts. but still i say pick a copy up.

finally I found how to get siphon thanx to you,I tried talking to the peps at primedia and they dont no jack about it. thanx again.....

 

i still cant seem to find any place to back order issue #1 from
