Red face what do y'all think?

i ran across a posting of a USED honda fit for $11,999, with "highway miles" of 25k, and apparently immaculate condition, manual transmission. I live in the NYC metro area, do you guys think its a reasonable deal?
Before i got check the car out, i wanted to ask the fellow fitfreakers...please help me!

p.s.- it's a black on black sport model

Good deal if it's real and the car checks out.

I'd be wary unless someone just really has to get out of it asap, that is very low.

jeebus 25k on a 1 year old car? If the owner has complete maintenance records, then it should be OK. Just remember that the bumper to bumber warranty is 3yrs/36k, to you have roughly 11k left on the warranty.
