just wondering if any of you guys can tell me what honda financial best interest rate is for a 5 year loan? Im thinking of trading in my car with a negative $2000 equity for a fit sport at and wanted to know how much my payments might be with a 750 credit score and 2000 down. thanks

I saw a commercial for 2.9% but I don't know what models. You are in Miramar, head to Rick Case. I had stupid negative equity in my 06 Evo and knew I would pay out the butt, though they still give me a killer price, great interest rate, and a few other bene's. They also offer things like free car washes, free emergency roadside bag, I got the 10yr/100K mile warranty for free, etc.

Good luck.

interest rates

I just got my Fit Sport last Tuesday. I went through my credit union at the hospital because they had the same interest rate as Honda. 6.10%. My sales person found out that they can not do the 2.9% on the Fit only on the Civic and upper level models. Honda needs to give the Fit a little more respect and offer something other than just a full tank of gas. Of course they did give me a $30.00 credit to help pay for my vanity plate.
I was pretty happy with the deal and the fact that my sales person really went all out for me as far as holding the car off the main lot when the other persons load did not go through. He only had my office number and I'm not listed in the telephone book. So he did what he could and he knew if I saw it, I would stop. After working with him since March he knew me well.

Simple supply and demand. Why offer a promotioinal interest rate (that they end up losing money on) when the cars are selling faster than they can put them on the lot?

6.39% about five weeks ago. I got 6.14% instead because I put $3500 down. The finanace person didn't even know the percentage was going down until she entered it.
I'm sure things vary be region. The above is just an example for reference.
