My poor thread =\

Anyways, I lost my first reading after the reflashing and idle learn of the ECU/PCM. I'm currently at about 130miles at half tank, evenly driving city and highway. My first reading was because my brother filled the tank with 10$ instead of a full tank, and forgot to reset the counter on my fuel meter.

meh.

Anyways, I'll get 3 new readings and report to Honda about it.

I would not freak about it. My best mpg in my first honda fit was 46.6 but more common was 38 mpg. I studied it and I just dont know what really made the differnce... . perhaps it is air temperature altatude wind and good music

It seems something changed in my car, seems that driving at 2k RPM, seems to be the optimal MPG, I got 42mpg going only 50mph for over 8 hours... did this from midnight till about 9am...

Either way, I think something is strange cause I drive at 2.5k RPM and my MPG is at about 22~23mpg at 70MPH...

I remember getting better than that before, but oh wells, I know I went to las vegas/LA with 28~30mpg at 75~80mph.

meh.

So what the heck happened? 42 mpg is exceptionally good...especially if you were getting 15 mpg...Why was your mileage so low? Is it possible someone was just stealing your gas? haha.

Seems like your engine management system is wacked...it could be the engine is running rich....check your exhaust...does it have alot of black soot on it?

Either way, do yourself and the environment a favor..take it to the dealer and have them fix an obviously present problem.
