First fill up & mileage report

453.6 KM on the trip meter and fill up took 33.456 litres.

Works out to:
7.4L/100km
38.1 mpg in imperial gallons
31.7 mpg in US gallons

This is for a Fit Sport with MT. Engine has 453.6 KM on it.... All city mileage. Now this is assuming that the dealer actually filled up the tank to the top when I got the car.

Excellent numbers if you believe the "after break-in you will get better MPG" theory..

Woot! Way better than my Dodge Ram. I can't remember the last time I paid under $30!

My first fill up was about two weeks ago and I put 296 miles on it and filled it up to full with only 9 gallons of 87 octane. That's right below 33 MPG city/hwy. Not bad. My 95' Prelude VTEC eats a lot more than that. Not to mention the oil that goes with it.

First Fill-up 32.2MPG Auto trans

I got 32.2 MPG on my 1st fill-up (Auto trans) . The car had the low fuel warning light light at 280 miles and took only 8.7 gal to fill. This was combo mileage 70%hwy / 30%city. I think it is quite good considering the break-in required and colder fall weather. I think the best mileage will be seen after 10K+ miles. I will report on my mileage at that time.

How do you convert from L/100km to US MPG?

I didn't do too well on my first tank. I drove 351 km and filled the tank 32.581 Litres.

That's with 80% city and 20% highway driving.
