Customs and Mods?

I was wondering what kind of mods and customizations i should get for my orange honda fit sport a/t.
I'm not a car wizard, which i am coveting very much.

My friends told me to get halogen lights, intake, exhaust, carbon fiber hood, and maybe some rims.

My friends aren't wizards also. So they just told me the general view of the scenery.

He told me all of these would cost me around $2,000 USD.

Could you guys tell me a specific overview of what i should and should not install on my car?

Any more suggestions I should install on my car?

Thank you for spending your appreciated time on my thread.

yeah u don't have to get $130 lugnuts. I have the mutegi lugnuts and they cost me nothing (came with the wheel/tire combo).

If you want wheels, i'd recommend getting them through JLB Motorsports from corona, CA. They have the best prices of konig and rota wheels and u drive over there and they mount, balance and install the wheels on the car, giving you free lugnuts and hubcentric rings.

Links:
Honda-Tech.com: Wheels, Tires, and Suspension: Light weight, NEW, Konig Wheels - Another deal from JLB Motorsports!

Honda-Tech.com: Wheels, Tires, and Suspension: Wheel and Tire Packages BEST PRICES Konig Rota

- My carbon fiber hood cost me $450 and that was picked up in california but u can find a great used one for like $300.
- My lowering springs (tanabe gf210's) cost me $175 new, but u can find used ones for like $150. I know "I heart my gd3" is selling his tanabe df210's for $125 picked up in san gabriel, talk 2 him his name is ron.
- Mugen visors cost me $160 but u can get really good replica's for $50.
- Exhaust, there are tons of manufacturers. I have aspec and it runs $210 picked up, but there are used ones floating around so just search.

Use the search button, there are TONS of threads about modifying your car. Remember, you live in socal where u can find almost anything car related lol.
